Introduction:
Al Shihab believes that the absolute successes of its

conduct. It supports the ability to continuously improve
our services while protecting our staff, clients,
stakeholders and the environment they operate and live
in. All our staff actively support and execute our HSE
and quality policy as it is the core of Alshihab
success; it is also the means which will maintain and
progress our business and life.
Scope
The policy and procedures described in the HSE and
quality plan apply Al-Shihab facilities and buildings.
The employees covered by this plan include all Al-Shihab
permanent employees, contract employees, contractors and
stakeholders.
Objectives:
The objectives of this plan are to ensure a safe and
healthful workplace for all employees, contractors and
stake holders of Al-Shihab during their official and
nonofficial duties. It is the policy of Al-Shihab to
create, maintain, and enforce the appropriate guidelines
required for a safe and healthful workplace free from
all recognized hazards that have potential to cause harm
to all employees, contract employees, contractors,
neighborhood community and visitors or damage and/or
loss to property. This policy is consistent with
Al-Shihab Quality policy and all applicable Health and
Safety regulations internationally.
